• Items shipped from Mall71 can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some shipments have different policies or requirements which will be notified during the order.

• To be eligible for Free Returns, items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund.

• All product packaging and necessary documents should be returned along with the product.

• Any product returned without original documentation will be rejected.

• Any product that have been damaged or altered after delivery will be refunded after the seller's technical team goes through it.

• If you select self shipping option, eligible product must be returned using a trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing.

• Mall71 will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product.

• Video games console can be returned unopened for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

• Video games that are activated or played will be not given full refund.

• Appliances like Fridges, A/C, and cookers are not illegible for return unless there is an issue with the product.

• Refund process will take 7-14 days to reflect their account
